Earl is a Licensed Counselor in Maryland practicing since 2016. Earl's graduate work was completed at St. Mary's Seminary & University commencing with a MA in Theology in 2003. Additionally, Earl recently graduated Loyola University Maryland in 2016, commencing with a MS in Clinical Counseling, emphasis in pastoral counseling. Earl is currently a member of the American Counseling Association and has worked in a behaviorial health clinic for the past three years. Earl has also served as pastor for over 12 years, plus a youth minister for over 8 years. This opportunity has enriched his background and helped him develop skills in connecting with his clients, no matter where they are, emotionally, mentally or spiritually.  Additionally, Earl's clinic work focused on serving a diverse population with a variety of mental health needs.  Earl states that his work with adults is the very rewarding, along with his work with children who struggle with focus and concentration.  Earl has helped numerous clients obtain insight, increase self esteem, and enrich their relationships.
